Objectives
The Asian continent, especially China and India, has shown tremendous economic growth in recent years and shows no signs of slowing down. Large corporations have long positioned themselves in these markets, but what are the opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) to profit from Asia's economic growth? This compact course will show entrepreneurs, managers and export managers of SME how various Asian countries will develop in the coming years and what markets are particularly interesting for investment, export or delocalization. It will provide the intercultural communication skills for effectively dealing with Asian partners, and the project management tools for successfully setting up a business or a joint venture in various Asian countries. Last but not least, it will provide an overview of legal, contractual and fiscal matters to provide you with the guarantees you need for your business to thrive in Asia.
